I’m Mark, Owner of iHelp mac users. I’ve worked in the Information Technology industry for over thirty years. Since I was introduced to my first Apple computer in 1986, I’ve developed a passion for Apple’s technology.

In 2002, I was hired by Apple, as a Mac Specialist, at the Apple Store in Oak Brook, Illinois. For over four years, I greeted hundreds of people, like you, and showed them the many cool things they can do with Apple and associated products.

During my time at Apple, I saw the need for continued tutoring and basic help services. So give me a call or email, and let me help you.
