I provide reasonably priced in-person and remote tutoring and help with Apple products (Macs, iPhones, iPads), to baby boomers, older adults, and first time users.

I’m Mark, Owner of iHelp mac users. I’ve worked in the Information Technology industry for over thirty years. Since I was introduced to my first Apple computer in 1986, I’ve developed a passion for Apple’s technology.

In 2002, I was hired by Apple, as a Mac Specialist, at the Apple Store in Oak Brook, Illinois. For over four years, I greeted hundreds of people, like you, and showed them the many cool things they can do with Apple and associated products.
