Your familiar with a Window’s PC, because that’s what you use at the office. Maybe you have a Window’s PC at home and your feed up with it slowing down and concerned about all the computer viruses and malware and various other problems. You just want a computer that works and fun to use.
It’s time for a change. Make the switch to a Mac!
Do you feel intimidated by all the technology that your kids and/or grandkids use? Have you ever used a computer before or sent an email? What are Facebook and Twitter? What are an iPhone and an iPad?
Don’t be overwhelmed by the thought of buying and learning all this technology.
You probably have experience with a computer, smart phone, or tablet, but you’ve been thinking about making or have made the switch to a Mac, iPhone or iPad, now what. You know how things work on the “other” devices, but what are the equivalent features on a Mac, iPhone, or iPad. How do you transfer all you date from your Windows PC to your Mac?
In-person or Remote Services
While I provide all my services, by making an in-person visit to your home or office. I can also provide most of the same services via a remote connection.
Using a remote service application, I will be able to “see” your Mac’s screen, talk with you, and control your computer.
A few advantages of the remote services:
- The first 15 minutes FREE, thereafter-billed in 15-minute increments.
- There is no mileage fee.
- Services can be provided regardless of your location.
Yes, there are plenty of computer service providers out there. Shop around. Most are geared towards small to medium size businesses. They have office space and a staff of several people. Very few provide the tutoring and help services to the regular consumer, and if they do it costs $$$. Also their hours of service might not be convenient for you.
I provide tutoring and basic help services to YOU the regular consumer. I have evening hours Monday through Friday, 6:00 – 10:00 PM and Saturday hours 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. And my rate is $50 hr. I also have Senior Citizen Discount and a Referral Rewards Program
